Technical Documentation as Product Enablement

I created and maintained product documentation for FabFunnel, a SaaS/PaaS platform used for performance marketing, e-commerce, lead generation, and media buying workflows.

The documentation was designed to help new team members understand the product faster, support sales conversations around product features, and give internal teams a clearer shared reference for how the platform worked.
